|Recommended: YesMove in — I am so far satisfied with how move in day is going. I will say that there are somethings in the apartment that need to be dealt with such as a broken door handle, carpet tacks sticking up, and a few other minor things but everything was clean and VERY organized which is rare to find at an apartment complex.

|Recommended: YesPretty nice here — I heard a lot of bad things about living in Campus West. I have been living here for a year now and I haven't had any problems at all. I think the worst problem was that it wasn't very clean when we first moved in, but it didn't take long to clean Other than that I really enjoy living here. The noise level isn't as bad as I thought it would be either

Great prices in a highly competitive and expensive market, good location near by to the local GVSU campus and plenty of local shops, and wonderful staff as well. Overall I've enjoyed being a resident here and recommend to others often about living here mainly due to prices and staff.
