|Recommended: YesFantastic living space — Great housing, appliances are not an issue, cleanliness was fantastic on move-in. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Only complaint is about other tenants, who only are as much as you can expect from college students, but it's never too disruptive and all within reason.
|Recommended: YesDiamond in the Rough — I found this place when I was researching what student apartments were available in Allendale near Grand Valley. After doing my research, they had the cheapest rent compared to other places. Beautiful area and usually very quiet even on the weekends. I liked it so much that I eventually decided to renew my lease again with them for the next year. Definitely recommend.

|Recommended: YesSo far leasing from Campus West has been great The amenities are great and we’ve had no major problems or issues, and any time we need help the staff especially Alex and Christina have been super helpful and communicative and quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The Campus West staff ensured that I received all the information that I needed to know for my apartment and were very nice. Additionally, the apartment is very nice and it’s not far from campus.
