Can I have a pet?
Yes! CW allows tenants to have small dogs. All dogs must be registered, approved, and pet fees paid PRIOR to Fido moving in.

What if I don't have roommates?
No worry!! We offer a roommates wanted page on our website and/or our roommate profiler we will assist in finding one for you. -
How much is a parking pass?
There is a one time fee of $40 for an annual parking pass.

Where is the bus stop?
There are 2 bus stops @ CW. 1 @ the front of the complex & 1 at the back of the complex. Check out our map to see the locations. -
What other bills do I pay that are not included in rent?
Residents pay only 3 utilities: Gas, Electric & H2O. -
Is there 24 hour security and maintenance?
Yes! & Yes! -
How do I report a maintenance request?
Easy, log on to our web site and click "Something is Broken" to complete the maintenance request. -
Are the apartments furnished?
CW offers an option for furnished units. -
Are there washers & dryers in the units?
Yes, 4-bed townhomes include full size washers & dryers. There are also washer & dryers in our 1 bedroom suites and 2 bedroom 2.5 bath units. 2-bedroom 1 bathroom apartments have a shared laundry facility. -
How does financial aid work at CW?
Simply bring in your disbursement letter prior to your move-in date and CW will postpone rent payment. -
What are the security deposit & fees? $475 is the TOTAL amount required?
This includes your refundable $350 security deposit and a nonrefundable $125 Administrative/Activity Fee. - Are there any other hidden fees like activities fee, community fee, admin fee, trash removal etc.? NO, NO, NO, NO
